Public transportation

To move around Poznań one can use public transportation (trams and buses colored in green). Tickets for trams and buses can be bought at newspaper stands. The prices are as follows:

To get to the the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science from Pan Conference Center Hotel, take any tram with numbers 12, 14, 15, 16 from Most Teatralny tram stop in the direction Sobieskiego. Get off at the final stop Sobieskiego. The ride will take about 20 minutes and it requires 30 minutes ticket. Then by a short walk, about 700m, you will get to the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science.

To get to the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science from DS Jowita take any tram with numbers 12, 14, 15 from Rondo Kaponiera tram stop in the direction of Sobieskiego. The journey will take about 20 minutes. Get off at the final stop Sobieskiego. The ride will take about 20 min and it requires 30 minutes ticket. Then by a short walk, about 700m, you will get to the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science.

How to go to the hotel on your own

Taxi fare from the airport is approximately 30 PLN, and from the railway station 10 PLN. The fare may differ slightly from one to another taxi company, but make sure you do take a Radio Taxi company to keep the fare on the level described above. Do avoid unauthorized cars and taxis without visible words: Radio Taxi.
